How to start a return
Get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions can go missing.
Condition
Returns are accepted whether or not the product has been used. We would rather you actually tried it than left it in the box.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not need to return a damaged item.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. If your order has not yet shipped we will cancel and refund it in full. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
